Make a Mod version of Twitch App or Option to Enable Mod view for app. Sure not everyone will use this because the PC options are better and surely much better to use. However for those rare occasions and for those select few. ( i did this for 2 months before since i had usual times for when some streamers started at different times and i was not near my pc) I also would like to see load times shortened. ( my phone is an OnePlus 6t and it is not that slow.) Those seconds count when trying to delete (which is finally an option) to timing out (i would prefer more presets of 1min,2min,5min ect) to banning (should be immediately accessible button) not to mention maybe some simple commands such as subs only followers own options. ( i understand this is alot and so i don't expect to be able to see all options with video feed.) however i do not need to see the options ( following, subscribe ect because i am their mod and should not be in mod view) It would be great Quality of life implementations.

    Relevant Update  ·  Twitch responded

We’re happy to announce that we have released an additional update to address these concerns. Streamers can now prevent their banned users from watching their livestreams. You can find and turn on this feature in the Moderation settings section of the Creator Dashboard, through the “Stop banned users from viewing stream” toggle.

Please note, this update 1). does not prevent users from watching livestreams from an incognito window or while logged out and 2). does not prevent users from viewing VODs, clips or highlights. We plan to explore extending the functionality of bans further, including but not limited to preventing VOD and clip playback.

In addition, we’ve made an update so that users that are blocked will now automatically be blocked from watching a streamer’s livestreams.

We will leave this thread open for your other points regarding preventing view of other content types and account creation.

I think one of the most secure and possibly the least like by many people, (myself as well) is Phone number requirement authentication. Discord has this, its extreme. Yet, the way things are now. It's the most secure way, (so long as they can determine the number is real from actual network, which there is a way as many Social networks use this) I dislike it because we shouldn't have needed it. However because the abilities of stalkers and harassers are able to hide behind ip filters, proxies, VPN , email verifications, ect. This is one of the few ways they can bypass easily. Its cost money to get a number ( a real one) and of course it is often tied to their real name. This is the best (i believe) option to handle these issues. As it will allow Streams to take action in actually stopping them from being abused in such a way. I have it activated in my discord because , i know those who have their number verified are less likely to be trolls( we do have some but they are fun hah) So, i have no idea how others feel about this. but ****, we gotta stop these people. they are too comfortable in hurting others.

Hi, I know that this is a very late response, but we’re hoping to find time to address this issue later this year. There are a few steps we’ll have to take to solve this problem in a way that will work for all streamers, but we understand the severity of the issue.

i would like banned bots and banned viewers to be unable to see the stream at all. such as : not even view the twitch account webpage.
