Allow another wildcard besides * to match just a single character. The catch-all * has a tendency to over-aggressively block desirable messages when used to block a short triggering term

This should absolutely be a feature. In addition to accidentally clicking the clip button or activating the keyboard shortcut, many users leverage the clip functionality to review something that they missed seconds ago on a live stream, and Twitch does not make it clear in any way that this publishes a clip with the default title even if they do not edit or title the clip and hit the Publish button. This then becomes a big problem for streamers who have to sift through a pile of junk clips when doing things like compiling highlights or weeding out problem viewers. Some of the following could go a long way to making this much, much less of an issue:
* An "abort" or "discard" button on the clip creation screen
* A highlighted message on the clip creation screen that make it clear a clip is already published even if they close the screen without edits
* Better exposure / navigation to the list of clips the user has created themselves. Presently, it's buried under the content section of the dashboard, which is not an area that the average non-streaming viewer has much reason to ever discover.
* Functionality on a live stream itself, similar to Tivo et al, to let a viewer rewind 30 seconds or so, which would let folks review something that just happened on stream without using the clip functionality at all. (This would ideally be in conjunction with a "return to live" button to catch them back up without ever leaving the main stream.)
