That's exactly what I was thinking about. Streamers play music from their own PCs so music can't be seperated from their screens, cams and mics. However, it would be better if they play the music via such an extension instead of playing them from their PCs. So the music is added separately to the stream and can be separated. In this way, we become more free. For example, the streamer is running a playlist via this extension. Some viewers may not like the music playing and they turn the volume down or turn it off completely then turn it back on. Or there are those who don't want any music, and they turn it off completely and focus on the stream. Another possibility is that the streamer plays a music for its viewers, but doesn't listen to it himself/herself.
It is also effective on copyright. Since stream and music are separate, music can be extracted from replays and clips. In this way, there is no copyright problem. Everyone will be happy.

Aynen ben de böyle bir şey düşünüyordum. Şu anda yayıncılar müziklerini bilgisayardan açıyorlar ve müzik yayına ekranları, kameraları ve mikrofondan falan gelen seslerle beraber gittiği için ayrılamıyor. Başka bir ihtimal yayıncı izleyicileri için bi müzik açar ama kendi dinlemez.
Telif konusunda da etkili olur. Müzik yayına sonradan eklendiğinden, yani yayın ve müzik ayrı olduğundan dolayı müziği yayın tekrarlarından ve kliplerden çıkarabiliriz. Bu sayede telif diye bi sıkıntı kalmaz, herkes mutlu olur.
