    A majority of ads on web and TV apps should now have normalized sound. We are still continuing the work on this and will update the status again when it is fully complete!

    A loud preroll ad played while joining a new stream, I went to report it and the control overlay was not present. That means no reporting issues, no muting, nothing. It's laughable how little attention has been paid to fixing problems with the ad system, but even if we want to try and give you feedback on them, if the mechanism isn't there, we can't.

    After literally years of complaining about inconsistent and too loud ad volume, you run an ad for a twitch service that is just as loud or louder than anything else being shown at the time? How is that reasonable? Do you care at all about the ad experience for your viewers?
