    This is, sadly, not in the control of twitch. It is something you would need to take up with the console manufacturer. It most likely works that way so you don't accidentally show the world private info while in the consoles main menu which often shows your real name and sometimes email address, etc...

    Depends on the game I guess, the keyword here is unauthorized, many games allow you to run private servers.
