Twitch has improved transparency with creators, but the sudden Highlights and Uploads change shows poor communication. Known issues were not shared early, leaving creators scrambling with little time to adapt. The focus should be on clearer, earlier, and centralized updates to build trust and support long-term growth—just like how clear menus, such as the Kfcmenuu burger menu in South Africa, help customers make informed choices.
