Hey Twitch,
The use of AI gen images is not only an affront to the massive creative community here on your platform, but it also displays an utter lack of tact that so many companies share these days.
The smart thing to do would've been to hire an artist, perhaps one from the thousands of creatives that stream on your platform. However, If you wanted to cheap out and look somewhat good while doing it, you could've easily posed/hosted contests for new banner and category art. You could've propped up artists on your platform, increased viewership, literally make some money doing it while the new art you crave becomes a moment that brings artists and viewers together.
Using AI images not only makes you look bad, but it costs you money. Have some class, have some common sense, and kindly reconsider your use of AI imagery.

LGBTQ people existing is not a political stance and has no reason to be included as a bullet point to the politics tag. The vagueness of the new bullets will also lend itself far to easily to bad actors wishing to exploit it. Please do the sensible thing and remove these bullet points.
If you truly care about creators and if you really believe that ai will be "beneficial for us" you'll make all ai features optional and opt out by default. Anything other than is just an admittance of twitch's intention to scrape and farm creators content for ai training without compensation or consent.
Please reconsider ai implementation entirely, but at the very least, consider creators first with our voices in this thread.
