Generative AI has no place in streaming, where genuine interaction is priority and nearly all of those using the platform to take part in it don't want it. We know how destructive it is to the environment, to the creativity of those who think about using it, and to the community as a whole.
This is a terrible idea, don't do it. I'm sure there are other ways that clip creation can be made easier without actively stealing users' data and content for the sake of generating clips. Literally anything will be better than this.

With how many amazing artists are in the Twitch community as a whole and use your platform, there should be ZERO reason as to why generative AI should be even a thought in anyone's minds for overhauling the non-game category images. Seeing these pop up across the board is an insult to the entire platform and the talent that exists within it.
There are two solutions here.
1. Revert back to the previous category images, or
2. Contact a few of the many talented artists on the platform to make the replacements.I can guarantee that with either of these solutions, the community will be more pleased, and the cover images will look better. Regardless, get rid of the AI. Nobody asked for it, everyone hates it, and it's a terrible look for the platform.

Saying it louder for those in the back: The existence of LGBTQIA+ individuals is NOT political! The "sensitive social issues" bullet point NEEDS TO GO. We are valid individuals just like anyone else, and Twitch needs to recognize this. Do not bow down to bigotry just for the sake of lord knows what. If Twitch wants to keep its viability as a streaming platform, it needs to allow EVERYONE to exist on it accordingly.
Again: Remove the last two bullet points. Don't "clarify" them, GET RID OF THEM.
AI-integration adds absolutely nothing of value to the platform, and I can guarantee that there is not a single streamer that actually wants this to happen. Without a doubt, the platform is going to die, and it is going to take the environment and many lives with it along the way.
No to AI. Twitch is better off without it.
