    Hi, I know that this is a very late response, but we’re hoping to find time to address this issue later this year. There are a few steps we’ll have to take to solve this problem in a way that will work for all streamers, but we understand the severity of the issue.

    Yesterday, July 15, 2024, absolutely the same thing happened to me - for unreasonable reasons I was given a permanent account ban. I'm a streamer and I have a modest audience, this is my only source of income and what gives me the meaning of life.
    I'm a Russian speaking streamer "Ravenyan", the only bots in the chat were from StreamerLabs and Tangia, and my second account on the phone where I read the comment, from which I am writing now. I blocked all the other bots that were sitting in the background.
    I have already filed an appeal, but I don’t know how soon they will answer me and whether they will answer positively about unbanning. Because of this I am under a lot of stress, it’s all unfair.
