    I am restating what others have said on here, if an emote is attributed to an artist then that artist should be able to use that emote without being subbed.
    1. As artists we can't be subbed to every channel we have done emotes for.
    2. It is advertisement for that channel when we artists use those emotes around Twitch.
    3. It takes extra steps to attribute an emote to an artist and that artist has to already have a Twitch themselves.
    4. Not the artist badge because some channels use multiple people for their art/emotes. You should only get access to the emotes specifically attributed to you.
    5. All around better support for the streamer (free advertisement of emotes) and for the artist (have "in the field" access to their portfolio)

    I don't see any downside to this being allowed.
