Adding language to the legal agreement that forces all users to have their personal information fed into an unregulated AI system is unethical, immoral, and should be illegal.

That language needs to be removed immediately.

I do not want any of my content to be used to train AI, especially generative AI, and if there is no way to opt out I will no longer use this platform in any capacity.

How about instead of investing a ton of money in a broken system built entirely on theft, you invest in the creators that allow your platform to exist in the first place? A 70/30 sub split, more discovery tools, more control over ads... I guarantee that you'd waste a lot less money that way and it would make the community happier too!

While I sincerely appreciate Twitch attempting to add a new way for viewers to support their favorite streamer and contribute to the stream, this feature is simply not for everyone and therefore would greatly benefit with the ability to enable or disable the different rewards.

Large emotes can be disruptive for Just Chatting streamers trying to read and interact with their chat, and the Celebration can be distracting towards whatever is actually happening on the stream. Highlighting a message is already a free feature with channel points, and combining a free feature and a paid one (with the paid one forced to the top) is simply a bad idea as it could cause confusion for newer viewers and cause them to otherwise spend money that they didn't need to.

I therefore respectfully ask that you give both the viewer and the streamer the ability to enable or disable Power-Ups, as well as to once again separate paid content (bits) and non-paid content (channel points) into two different sections like they were before.
