*Re-commenting this from another thread for a similar feature*

I very much would like to see this suggestion become a reality. Below are a few of examples of situations that I would personally find such a feature useful:

    1) I watch a lot of commentary and game dev streamers; many of which who will have background music. There are many times when I'd like to limit the audio to just the voice of the streamer either for audio clarity or attention reasons.

    2) While watching a streamer play games there are often times that I'd like that adjust the volume of the gameplay or the streamer to prevent one from drowning out the other.

    3) Changing my audio output device (headphones, speakers, etc) comes with a different audio quality and treble/bass levels from the same stream. Of course this is caused by my devices, but is something that can make certain aspects of a stream difficult to discern. Being able to adjust the individual audio "tracks" as a view could go a long way to provide a solution to this problem that I have.

    4) This feature could find a use as an accessibility feature by those who are hard-of-hearing or are hearing-impaired by allowing them to selectively adjust volume as needed.

    5) As an accessibility feature for those that experience issues from certain auditory triggers. These could be SFX played on stream from events (such as raids, donations, etc.), gameplay audio, or a number of other sources.

Most of the above are personal examples where I would find the feature useful as a viewer and may not be applicable to all or many. However, I feel that there many other reasons that other users may have as to why this should be implemented.
