Couldn't agree more!! I feel like an order that makes sense for me is:
1) the channel you're currently in
2) your channel emotes (if there are any)
3) channels you've subbed to (by hours watched or alphabetically)
4) channels you've been gifted subs to (by hours watched or alphabetically)
5) global
unlocked emotes could go anywhere when they're unlocked, probably makes sense between 1 and 2. scrolling through every sub just to find my own emotes or emotes from channels i'm constantly in is such a pain. the data already exists to organize like this in real time. they could even offer the option to pin certain channels or emotes. there's really no reason for this to be so bad anymore!
