    Same here OP. I'm on PS4, myself.
    Initially I used the twitch support ticket form, of which they said to come here instead and see if others already brought up this subject.

    in my support ticket, I told them I happened to not have a mobile device at this time. And I enjoyed using the console app to watch and chat at the same time. Pointless "update" to the app IMO.
