    I’ve been experiencing this, it also impacts live streams, but VODs mostly. I’ve logged support tickets twice regarding the issue as the first ticket was auto response.
    It’s quite frustrating and is the reason why I currently am not subscribing to Turbo.

    I’ve been impacted by this bug and issue as well, it’s been going on for weeks. Please fix it asap as it impacts engagement and experience significantly. If I can’t watch VODs via Apple TV efficently, I’m more likely to switch to competing services and that don’t have this issue or takes as long as this to fix the bug.
