The pathetic thing is that this is an issue that directly impacts the usability of the app and it goes unnoticed. This isn't feedback, a suggestion, or something nice to have. This is a community telling you that your app is busted and doesn't work. You'd think that would prompt some response by the development team.

Hey maybe take the time to fix your broken app when there's a critical error impacting a significant amount of people. Not many people will take the time to post or vote here, and this is only a small fraction.

This is a major issue that directly impacts the basic function of the app. It's been an ongoing issue for many people, and frankly I'm astounded that it hasn't been taken care of yet.
