I'm on Firefox and just had this happen to me, the videos on the front page feature wheel were all fine but as soon as I tried to go to a stream, endless loading. Went to my browser cache and deleted all cookies from just Twitch. Closed out my Twitch tabs, reopened them and logged back in and it was fixed. GL to all, hope this may help.
