   My phone and my PC are connected to the same wifi, PC via the Ethernet cable but this issue occurs only on my PC, and only on twitch official ways so I need to use Chatterino because it works just fine over there

   I never used a VPN, the issue occurs on different browsers and even twitch app, I tried everything to fix it but I don't know what to do anymore besides using Chatterino..
