  2. Twitch should allow mods and streamers to repop up the chat Rules for certain user to remind them if they didn't respect it.

    I want to add my voice to this as well. Having the restricted comments automatically logged would make our moderation jobs so much easier. I am part of a moderation team and we consult the logs frequently when it comes to unbanning/unrestricting users, so having the restricted comments not automatically logged makes our jobs so much harder.
