    A majority of ads on web and TV apps should now have normalized sound. We are still continuing the work on this and will update the status again when it is fully complete!

    The volume at which you play your ads is ridiculously loud. Laws were implemented for television to stop doing this because of the safety concerns of increasing volume suddenly for ads that were so drastically different then the normal programming. Doing it on Twitch is even worse considering many people us headphones which is even more directly harming people with that sudden volume increase for ads. I get that ads are a necessary evil for a business model perspective, but can we not do it at the risk of harming consumers of the ads and maybe just leave the volume at a reasonable level.
