    I would love to see this get added. as a relatively new affiliate myself I was disappointed to see that this was not a system already. Now i have to go out of my way and setup a custom points system with streamer.bot that somehow links back to channel points

    Not trying to deny what you said cos I believe that is true, why can't non affiliates/partners have channel points. But on the other hand, its used as a way to entice people to grow their community enough to get affiliate, and i see that as a valid reason. we need something to be as a reward for affiliate (other then monetisation, something fun).
