Firstly, this does not work for me. That being said, here's my reasoning:
-Separate alerts using bits creates a single currency that easy to use between extensions
-It was confusing at first for my community, especially not being to give certain amounts of "coin" (69, 420, 666, 777, etc.)
-Calling it "coin" sounds dirty to my viewers as per when I asked feelings within discord (reasoning: it's like I'm asking for money)
-Giving actual "dollars" or $ doesn't look good. It feels weird and unfun. Bits were fun
-Buying bits to give to people is easy and fun and feels like nothing because it's a MICROTRANSACTION instead of just donating money. Why use "coin" instead of just donating when "coin" takes so much more from me.
-I am reading that this "coin" doesn't affect hype trains... not great.
-I just need to reiterate that $ feels gross, buying it every time, at the time, deters people from giving "cheer coin".
-again, saying it feels super gross.

Please remove me from this experiment. Saying I am "opted in" means nothing since I wasn't GIVEN THE OPTION.
I received an email with subject line "Try out a new way to Cheer" which implies bits are still a usable utility and not that I'm forced to do something. I never opted in for this and the SINGLE EMAIL SENT was arbitrary and honestly didn't even warrant me opening because it didn't trigger a curious look.

Again, please remove me. I'll reach out tomorrow through twitter as well.
