    This is happening to me as well. Verified that I can repro this using Chrome, Firefox, Edge.

    1) Watch any streamer with chat open (not closed)
    2) Cause hover event to occur. Hover over a user name, in chat, in the following/suggested panels
    3) Click mouse into the "send message" input
    4) Start typing. Observe the typed contents in reverse.

    IE:

    Intended: Hello @Streamer
    Actual: remaertS@ olleH
