    While this feature was popular, we observed negative impacts to minutes watched for significant groups of creators.

    I don't understand how you know the drop in viewership can be attributed directly to the chant feature and not something else. Correlation is not causation. I know a ton of people who love the chant feature. How do you know this decision won't cause a loss of viewership for some of the channels who utilized it well?
