    On 2/2, we will turn off Chants.

    While this feature was popular, we observed negative impacts to minutes watched for significant groups of creators.

    Experiments help us test new ideas in real time, and decide what to build next. Thanks for sharing your feedback with us!

    I would pay for chant!! please allow creators to opt-in, I will miss chants desperately and so will my community <3

    PLEASE allow streamers to opt-in to the chant feature!! If viewers are leaving my stream because of the occasional /chant Clap, I'm absolutely fine with that. I don't want those viewers. I want people who like what we like, and WE LIKE FUN CHANTS:)

    I assume this is a profitability-based decision - I would pay ten bucks a month for the chant feature EASY. Multiply that by the thousands of creators who would do the same and...?
