One of the main reasons I came to Twitch in 2017 was the lack of ads compared to traditional media. Unfortunately this has gotten progressively worse to the point where I mainly will only watch the one steamer I sub to with Prime. I understand ads and being profitable but where do you draw the line? I cannot afford to sub to multiple streamers and being force-fed a steady stream of ads each time I switch to another stream in addition to regular prerolls makes modern Twitch feel like cable tv all over again.
