I agree wholeheartedly with the original poster. The removal of the last two bullet points is the only acceptable option. No amount of clarifications will discourage people who are determined to use the leeway given by the vague and nebulous definitions of both. Nonwhite and non-cishet minorities deserve to be able to speak about their experiences and existences on whatever terms they choose without it being labeled as political.

If the further proliferation of AI tooling permanently and truly comes into being in the way being rumored, then I will be reconsidering whether or not I even want to stream on Twitch at all.
There is no place on Twitch for any AI training based on any streamer's videos or work. It is theft of their hard efforts, a stain on their creativity, and an insult to their independence to leave any such features on by default and to steal their work to use as part of some nebulous aim.
It does not benefit the platform, it does not benefit the streamers, it does not benefit their communities. Do not add it, and remove or opt everyone out of any such existing options. This is irresponsible beyond words.
