I never had moments rolled out to my channel, but had a bunch of people asking if I had them, and saw lots of chatters super engaged in chats where moments WERE available. They were excited whenever something wild happened on stream, hoping it would become the next moment they were there for.
Not sure why you would get rid of a feature that strongly promotes viewer retention in a fun, positive, and minimally parasocial way before at least rolling it out to more than a handful of streamers and also taking the time to explain to the people who have it why it's actually a good feature.
