    i posted this like 2 years ago but wanted to repost it because more people are on Twitch now and more people get affiliate every day , how about affiliates get a badge too like partners or it doesn’t have to be a badge just something next to their name where they can say “hey i am an affiliate” it will push people to go for affiliate and than partner more i think but also change the requirements so it’s not easy to get , maybe like 7 average viewers and 70 followers

    Or option 2:
    you can leave the affiliate how it is now and make this like a goal for streamers between partner and affiliates , so you get affiliate than your channel grows you than have reached let’s call it “Partner Push” so between Affiliate and Partner streamers can kinda get a taste of what partner looks like and than after that once they average more viewer they can apply for Partner

    Just an idea i had 2 years ago that i reposted and made some changes since Twitch changed ALOT in those 2 years

    As Twitch is adding more features i feel like they should give affiliates a badge like partners to show in other people's chat that someone is a affiliate streamer , also give the option to turn it on and off so that if a affiliate doesn't stream alot they can turn it on and for the people that stream alot they can turn it on , just a idea to give a spotlight to the hard working affiliates out there because it's not easy to get partner and for some (including me) it will take a while to get partner

    i love this idea , it shows who is active alot in your community and chats alot , it brings a spotlight to them and makes them more specials and rewarded for enjoying the content
