    Cash Back is through the credit card you use. Chase (the bank Amazon uses) is not affiliated with twitch and will not implement a bit feature.

    Also con: Most, if not all, streamers would turn this mode on, and people who are new to the platform and want to chat would be discouraged by all of the extra effort and giving up of privacy required for validation and would simply leave the platform. For this reason, twitch will not implement this idea. They want growth, not to discourage new members.
