This would be a fun emote to have in any chat, especially ones with the same energy of the one that broke the hype train record twice in 2 days. It's a great way to celebrate this crazy bit of history and the streamer that has fostered a community of people who want to put positivity into the world. Also positive goblin PR. Can't beat that.

I feel like more detailed stats for ads and revenue would greatly help streamers to make good informed decisions on what content to stream and when, which takes a lot of stress and friction off of the streamer. This could only be a benefit to streamers and viewers.

I think this is accurate, as both a game dev and a gamer, it makes no sense to only get the emote for the level you end on. In the way Hype Trains are done, player should receive the emote for every level they reach that have one, just like how level based achievements in games are unlocked. There is no way for the individual viewer can control the level of a Hype Train so there's no way to stop a Hype Train to a point to get the emote they have yet gotten. It would encourage users to participate in hype trains less if they can't get an emote just because the train just so happens to go past where the individual user would get a new emote.
