Hmm what would be a cool name to replace it with that isn't aibelist and offensive?
From my experience asking people to do something without giving them a proper solution will not go through as easily as if you actually come up with a solution.
I think it should definitely be changed now that I am aware of this kind of a trigger this word can be.
Also it's kinda of a blä name I would go with some things like stream or streams but they should definitely do there research before changing their legal name and domain name...
It's not that easy but definitely not out of reach.

I have never used OpenDyslexic font and I am as dyslexic as they can get 😂.
And I'm learning Web developpement and programming...
I'm digressing, so yes this should be a built in feature and if not they should make it easy to get the/a plug in. A little bit of assistance and help can go a long way 😉.
I am going to go and check out OpenDyslexic and if I like it I will change all my websites into that font. 😁
But yeah it's really hard for dyslexic people to monitor and ready chat boxes... And anything else for that matter and it would not just make our lives easier but everyone's lives. This is a win-win situation.

This is a great idea and I think more things like this should happen in real life especially without having to worry about it or being an accountant.
In my country if I get a certain level of "disability pension" it would be illegal for me work which I find completely insane and aibelist.
We still use the terminology of "invalid" which I find horrendous.
That aside I think this would be great for inclusivity and making twitch accessable and it wont cost them that much and the profits would go to your community.
It almost becomes social entrepreneurship at that point :D

Hey there!
Though we have not yet added support for multiple language tags, we have added more than 350 new options that we think may help out with this particular ask.
For more information, you can take a look at our blog post at https://blog.twitch.tv/en/2021/05/26/celebrate-yourself-and-your-community-with-350-new-tags/. Thank you for your feedback and ideas!
We will leave this topic open for now for further discussion around whether this meets the needs of the request.

As a polyglot speaking 6+ languages this is definitely something I would love to have. This should have automatically been the case, I support this.

Yeah I just wrote a whole long comment basically saying to workshop it. 😅
Have you tried asking people from r/Neurodiversity help with pitching this idea, they have been very helpful when it comes to these things and very supportive and respectful.
