So it looks like twitch finally listened after 4 years and my chat timestamps are now in the 24-hour format. Unfortunately, it seems to be tied to the UI language so if I ever decide to switch my UI to English (which is tempting due to the not-that-great quality of the localization I'm using), I'm going to be stuck with the 12-hour timestamps. And in before your (twitch's) solution is going to be "switch to English - UK", I'm going to say: "color > colour". Please give us an option to change the time format independently of language settings.

Agreed. I really, *really* don't like it when companies force changes that I never asked for upon me. Twitch isn't the only one that does this and I really wish they all stopped (or at least provided an option to permamently opt out).
