I was thinking about something like this, a team ban list that each member can choose to opt into.
Team x has 34 members, all members bans are set to the channel, but also to a team list
Member of Team x, let's call them 'a' - does /banlist enable x and all bans set for 60 seconds or more apply to the channel of 'a'
I say 60 seconds or more because I know a streamer might have to purge a mod for some reason but you don't want to instantly ban that user in all team channels.
The team owner should be able to set a whitelist for the banlist, so they can add Nightbot/Moobot/etc to prevent accidental banning of trusted bot services... maybe auto whitelist known bots/verified bots from the ban list?
I just recently saw a post on reddit about someone running around using a name that spoiled the ending of a new game, so I do see this as a way to prevent it from spreading to other team members. One person deals with it and the rest benefit.
