Completely agree Livvydoodlez. Twitch does not seems to enforce their own Community Guidelines, and allows "Sexually Suggestive Content" throughout their platform, mostly found in Just Chatting.
Twitch.tv "Recommended for you" channels involves Adult Content, which can be accessed by anyone, regardless of age. This causes harm, to both the viewer and the streamer. This harm is caused by the Twitch.tv platform, and minimal effort is made by Twitch.tv to prevent this harm from occuring, contrary to their own Legal ToS (https://www.twitch.tv/p/legal/)

Content should be behind a AuthWall so not accessible without login. Twitch users should also have to enable "access to adult or other potentially harmful content" in their profile, disabled by default.This should allow other streamers to promote decent and honourable content, to nurture and promote goodness in the lives on the community. Other toxic and harmful content will only be accessed by those whom wish to seek it.
Dont let harmful and sexual content be promoted or viewed by default on Twitch.tv

Great idea there :) Twitch should do more to promote a healthy community. I believe that younger people would enjoy participating in a platform that caters to content with the target audience being their own age.

Twitch.tv does very little to prevent harm to users by allowing global access to adult (read sexually suggestive) content. They are not enforcing their own policies. https://www.twitch.tv/p/legal/

"Females streamers who do this are actively abusing the system by selling their bodies essentially for views, subscriptions, followers, and more" There are more appropriate websites for streamers to do this, and perhaps Twitch could kindly suggest to these streamers that they will not continue to support Adult/Sexually Suggestive content.
