The terms of service in Twitch outlines warnings about epilepsy, motion sensitivity, and flashing lights. It also warns about game titles and content that feature the same.
As far as other means of accessibility, it's not just about Twitch's policies - it's about catering to our viewers needs. Everything from colorblindness, hearing impairment, enlarged text, close captions, blurred motion graphics, high pitched sounds/unscheduled sounds.
Our content is there to reach our audience in the best way possible, to serve them well. A tag to help identify such high end content would reassure and caution a community that may be sensitive to some viewers present at home, including temporary visitors also present in the room that may become triggered by the elements of that content.
