It can be upwards of 15%, since it differs by province and multiple provinces have a tax rate as high as that. As it currently stands, the most expensive twitch sub bought in Canada will cost $8 CAD for the consumer.
Like the tax rate, the cost of living varies significantly for each province, which makes it also quite hard to really come up with a good solution.
Also worthy to note that other countries which did get decreases, such as Australia, have historically had their currency quite close to the Canadian dollar, and the costs of living are also in a similar range.

Definitely need this. In a stream with many markers, I would want to create clips for most of them, not highlights. And the only way to view markers in an editor is the highlighter editor. Being able to create a clip-or-highlight in here would be amazing.
