   The current Twitch UI doesn't allow "the user is the owner of the clip" to download a Clip. So I'm not bothered if this part of the request is ignore.

   But the API should match the UI for what is allowed.

   Please also add this for general usage not just merch extensions.

   It's nice for broadcasters to be able to know what the distribution is of their subscribers for months subbed!

   We may also consider this information for priority on adding a given subscriber to a channels Game Clan or multiplayer server for example

   I'd love to optionally be able for an extension to be a widget on the dashboard rather than a popup.

   Or being able to define our own custom actions that streamers can add as a button to the quick actions too

   MORE windows for streamers (as in popups like right now) is just counter intuitive
