A lot of the problem here is that the API jsut gives you _one number_ and marketing people scrape the API to build "inaccurate picture of Twitch"
If twitch creates a way for marketing peeps to get accurate information with a better break down than one number.
Then https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/310213-developers/suggestions/47176289-authorised-access-to-statistics might fit the bill

this API requests superseeds https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/310213-developers/suggestions/46612507-add-branded-content-as-a-toggle-option-to-modify so any bot can do it via command
Use case: assumption first party provides a "publish this story at y time", so wehn it does delay publish we'll know/confirm to the streamer/mods
Use case: assumption first party provides some sort of upload and publish api (either thats an adobe plugin or some sort of external creation tool like how clips tool exports to TikTok this is the other way round), this confirms the publish occurs
