    From a business standpoint it does not make any sense that this is not a feature yet. If i don't like a streamer I will not view their stream or subscribe, yet they will still show up over and over. You are preventing your consumer from seeing new streams they've never seen before and losing the chance to have the consumer subscribe (how you make money). It is basically like wasting ad space by showing me a product that i don't want, when you could easily let me block/hide it and try to show me something i may spend money on.
