    Investigating  ·  Twitch responded

    Hey all!

So sorry that this was closed in the past. Not entirely sure why we closed this in 2019, but I am opening it back up for you guys to vote and comment on while we investigate adding this to the site.

Thank you so much for your continued feedback and patience with us on this request.

    Dear twitch team!

Two years since the voting started and we still did not hear anything from you!? So, why not update you on this issue?

Ukrainian is not only the mother tongue of more than 67,5% (2001 census) of Ukraine's 42 million (2015 estimated) population - and is becoming more and more popular for the younger generations, your target audience - but it is also the first spoken language of 45 million ukrainians all over the world. Ukrainian is the 27th most widely spoken language of the world. So it outranks the existing options of Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Norwegian, Slovenian, Slovakian and Swedish.

1,96% of all Steam users are from Ukraine - and the market just started to grow there. Also Steam is available in Ukrainian already, as is facebook, Discord or youtube.

We hope to hear from you, because our offer is still open - we are ready to translate everything ourselves!

    Sincerely,

    (the growing) Ukrainian gaming community
