I receive streamer shouts from other streamers that I follow, but I've not once been able to send one of my own. Each time I check to see if I can create one, after a stream, I get this error message: You have no viewer groups available.
We didn't identify any groups to connect with from your last stream. New groups may appear after future streams.
I've had multiple streams with viewers gifting subs, bits, new followers, sharing watch streaks, etc. No matter what, since this program has been enabled, I have not been able to send a streamer shout, even if I wanted to.
Twitch customer support has also verified that my account was selected to do streamer shouts, so they told me to post a comment here in the forum.
