Live voice translation is now possible on the streamer's side, so a streamer can speak French, Spanish, or German while a translated voice track is generated in real time. With multiple audio channels, viewers could simply choose which language they hear. That would open international creators to viewers who don't speak their language, and the same channel support described above would make it possible.
As a longtime Twitch Partner, I think this would be one of the biggest growth unlocks for non-English creators.
