It baffles and disgusts me that a company, currently losing money, that GETS it's money from it's user's creativity, would even entertain the idea of adding AI features that steal everything they dare stream on said platform. You have streamers who stream their art and music, some even being commissioned pieces from other people or perhaps companies. Did no one really think about how illegal that is? Or is it that no one and Twitch ever cared about their creators.

Moments, as someone looking to debut as a vtuber, was something i was heavily looking forward to use to not only reward anyone for simply deciding to view my stream just to see my initial model reveals, but to also reward everyone who stayed till the end as a "thank you for being here" thing. I feel like honestly, moments would be SUCH a huge hit in the Vtubing side of the platform and it will forever be a waste that it didn't have the time it needed to be pushed and used by more communities

Considering opting out does not mean you are opted out even on other channels, and that people can put tags like "noai" or "aioptedout" to lie and cash in on new viewers from those tags, it is only ever going to be in bad faith and immoral to not make this transparent for all viewers to see considering you are actively stealing data from viewers who you know do not want to be used for ai.
