Seconded. This is essential now that there's a 100 hour cap on highlights. If there's a 5 hour stream saved as a highlight with two 5-minute boss fights as the key moments, a real example I'm dealing with, I'd like to be able to create two highlights of just the boss fights so I can get rid of the remaining 4 hours and 50 minutes.
