    Hard agree. If I need the top bar, I will exit out of full screen/ theater- otherwise I am keeping those on for a reason! There should never be a website function that covers the stream content like this with no way to toggle it off. Seems like I'm gonna be using pop-out mode exclusively for a while, as its the only work around I've found at this time.
