    I noticed that many Russian-speaking streamers have advertising banners in their channel descriptions, and advertising links periodically appear in their chats. These links are either spammed by bots, posted by moderators, or sent by the streamers themselves. Many also have a pinned message in the chat containing an advertising link. They frequently advertise certain Telegram channels, where there is no moderation from the platform, which allows them to directly promote casinos or even something illegal. So if they start advertising drugs, will Twitch just ignore it?
