This guy Recrent (https://twitch.tv/recrent) streamed to 100,000 viewers, and throughout his entire stream, his broadcast featured an advertising widget from the PARI website, which promotes betting and gambling. In his channel description, there are three advertising banners for this site. Essentially, all these betting sites that are advertised function as online casinos, since they also offer gambling. He overloads Twitch's servers for free with his huge online audience to advertise whatever he wants by bypassing the platform's rules, and Twitch simply ignores it.
