    The frustration makes sense, if chat features are enabled but constantly constrained, it feels counterintuitive and poorly balanced for interaction.     Sounds like you’ve got a point! I once overheard a chat like that while waiting for my class at OsteoPilates Studio in Ivrea https://osteopilatesivrea.it/ people were frustrated with similar spam!
