I may not be a big channel, but I will put whatever energy I have for streaming into ensuring that your service becomes a ghost town if you keep pushing on scraping our channels to feed the machine.
The public already hates LLMs and generative AI. On top of that, you’ll basically be training your model on a mountain of copyrighted material. So if you insist on chasing this particular car, I suppose I’ll just wish you the best of luck should you happen to catch it.

Creatives might be seen as a vocal minority in their resistance to genAI, but more and more, everyday people take a dim view of it once they learn of its environmental impacts, its questionable ethics, and the number of jobs it's robbing people of across the board. Even barring all of these factors, once we come out on the other side of this conflict, every company that threw its full weight behind genAI is going to end up looking bad, and with as much terrible press as Twitch has been garnering of late, this would be a pretty ugly feather to stick in your hat along with the rest.
Please actually listen to people and stop shoving this trash at us. We didn't ask for it. We don't want it. Quit trying to trick us into using it just because you have to make good on a bad bet.
We keep telling you. And telling you. And telling you. This **** is destroying our planet, killing independent thought, and putting people out of work because nobody appreciates the craft of anything anymore. And you keep trying to squeeze it into every ***** you can find in the hopes that it's going to finally take.
We hate it, and frankly I hate Twitch for continuing to push this. There are other places to stream. You're far from the only game in town anymore and it's time you started acting like it.
